Other nice typical Spanish villages in the immediate area include Purchena and Tijola. After about a 20-minute drive you will arrive in the larger, well-known market town of Albox.

When entering the house we enter the entrance hall where we find the first bathroom and bedroom, adjacent to the hallway. We also have the storage room here. On the right side of the entrance hall we have a staircase that takes us directly to the spacious roof terrace from where we have a spectacular view over the village. On the left side of the entrance hall we have the stairs that take us to the first floor.

Here we immediately enter the spacious living room/dining room. Behind this room we find the fully equipped kitchen in rustic style. If we continue walking, we arrive at the 2nd spacious bedroom and bathroom. Through the bedroom we also have access to the roof terrace where we find, among other things, a bar and a covered area to enjoy the view in the shade.

During the renovation, the entire electrical installation was also renewed.

El pueblo de Sufli es tranquilo y ofrece todos los servicios básicos: comercios, médico, farmacia, polideportivo, piscina municipal. A 5 minutos en coche tenemos Olula del Rio donde tenemos estos servicios como centro de salud 24 horas, farmacias, colegios, comercios y todo tipo de comercio, grandes supermercados como Mercadona, centros deportivos y de ocio, bares, restaurantes, hoteles, gasolineras, etc. Mercado semanal los jueves. Otros bonitos pueblos típicos españoles en el área inmediata incluyen Purchena y Tíjola. Después de unos 20 minutos de viaje llegará a la ciudad comercial más grande y conocida de Albox.

Al acceder a la vivienda accedemos al hall de entrada donde encontramos el primer baño y dormitorio, contiguo al pasillo. También tenemos aquí el trastero. En el lado derecho del hall de entrada tenemos una escalera que nos lleva directamente a la espaciosa azotea desde donde tenemos una vista espectacular sobre el pueblo. En el lado izquierdo del hall de entrada tenemos las escaleras que nos llevan al primer piso.

Aquí entramos inmediatamente al amplio salón/comedor. Detrás de esta estancia encontramos la cocina totalmente equipada de estilo rústico. Si continuamos caminando llegamos al 2º amplio dormitorio y baño. A través del dormitorio también tenemos acceso a la azotea donde encontramos, entre otras cosas, un bar y una zona cubierta para disfrutar de la vista a la sombra.

Durante la reforma también se renovó toda la instalación eléctrica.
Esta casa está lista para entrar a vivir y disponible de inmediato.
