Llegamos a la primera terraza situada en la entrada a través de un portón metálico. Debajo de esta terraza hay un gran pozo. Al entrar al edificio, accedemos inmediatamente al primer espacio habitable espacioso. A la derecha de la sala de estar encontramos 2 dormitorios. Al otro lado del salón encontramos a la derecha un paso a la cocina. Aquí la preinstalación ya está presente y las paredes están completamente alicatadas.
El otro pasaje nos lleva a un pasillo donde tenemos un pequeño trastero a la derecha debajo de las escaleras de granito. Si continuamos por el pasillo, llegaremos al final del pasillo al primer baño. Este baño reformado dispone de ducha, inodoro, bidé y lavabo.
Si salimos del baño tenemos un paso a la derecha que nos lleva a la segunda terraza y justo delante de nosotros un paso que nos lleva a la 2ª cocina abierta totalmente equipada y al 2º salón con chimenea. En este espacio habitable también tenemos una puerta que da a la calle.
Si salimos de este amplio salón y subimos la escalera de granito, llegaremos a mano derecha a un pasillo donde se encuentra el segundo baño y el tercer dormitorio.
Si volvemos a salir del pasillo, una pequeña escalera conduce a un amplio recibidor al que se abren los otros 3 dormitorios.
